Explain that Poetry's package-repository certificate setting does not configure Git HTTPS connections. When
system-git-clientis enabled, point users to Git'shttp.sslCAInfosetting for their CA bundle.Refs #9717. This note covers the system Git client.
Checked against the system Git subprocess implementation and Git's configuration reference. Pre-commit checks and
git diff --checkpassed. No private certificate server was used, and the full documentation site was not built locally.
