Making a release

This process isn't hard, but I forget how to do it.

update the code
commit the code
update plugin.json version to the what will be the new tag (e.g. 0.4)
git commit plugin.json
git tag 0.4
git push origin
git push origin --tags
go to tags
choose 3-dot menu for current tag: Create Release
File an issue
