Summary
The Editorial Workflow page says every save opens a draft pull request, but tinacms 3.10.0 added Save draft, Save (ready for review) and Save and publish (#7138). This PR documents the three options with the modal screenshot and updates the draft-only wording in the intro, publishing section and diagram.
