Pin the bytes of resent solicited and unsolicited responses - #629

Conversation
Resends must stay the bytes of the response they repeat, whatever was built in either response slot since: fragments of a READ series, partial unsolicited responses, failed and probed control echoes, empty responses after populated ones, responses cleared by no-ack requests or a reconnect, and solicited and unsolicited responses built in each other's confirm waits. These pin the behavior before the prepared response is bound to its slot.

Pins the bytes of resent solicited and unsolicited responses: retransmission, partial and failed builds, the control-response fit probe, an empty response after a populated one, clear and rebuild, reconnect, and interleaved solicited and unsolicited responses, ahead of binding a prepared response to its slot.
