[RV64_DYNAREC] Keep origin vtype for VPMOVSX and VPMOVZX opcodes - #4607

`GETEY_vector_w` already configures SEW and VL for the narrow source. Use `VEC_SRC_KEEP` instead of `VEC_SRC_SAFE` for VPMOVSX* and VPMOVZX* to remove reduant vsetvli when the source aliases the destination.
