Summary

Add two requirements for Claude Code sessions to CLAUDE.md, and make AGENTS.md point at the design doc for the project's status instead of repeating it.

  • Before presenting major code updates as finished, verify all work with the advisor tool if it is available.
  • At the end of each phase, run /code-review to check all work since the previous review.
  • Replace the hand-written status line in AGENTS.md with a pointer to the "Phase plan" section of docs/design/architecture.md and to git log, so the line can't go stale.
