fix(utils): preserve trailing hash in markdown content title without preceding whitespace (#12644) - #12829
When a document omits a front matter title and starts with # Learn C#, parseMarkdownContentTitle stripped the trailing #, outputting Learn C.
Under CommonMark, an atx heading's closing # sequence is only treated as closing markup when preceded by whitespace (spaces or tabs). The previous regex \s*(?:\{#*[\w-]+\}|#+)$ stripped #+ even without preceding whitespace, stripping language names like C# or F#.
This PR updates the regex to require whitespace before closing # sequences ((?:\s*\{#*[\w-]+\}|\s+#+)$), correctly preserving trailing hashes without a preceding space while continuing to strip valid closing # sequences.
…preceding whitespace
In `parseMarkdownContentTitle`, closing hash sequences were previously stripped using `\s*(?:\{#*[\w-]+\}|#+)$`, which matched trailing hashes even when not preceded by whitespace. This caused titles like `# Learn C#` to have their `#` stripped to `Learn C`.
Require whitespace before closing `#+` sequences (`\s+#+$`), adhering to CommonMark heading closing sequence rules and preserving trailing symbols in names like `C#` and `F#`.

Walkthrough
The Markdown title parser now preserves a trailing # without preceding whitespace and removes whitespace-prefixed closing # markers. Tests cover both cases.

Summary
Title cleanup and tests packages/docusaurus-utils/src/markdownUtils.ts, packages/docusaurus-utils/src/__tests__/markdownUtils.test.ts
The parser removes trailing closing # characters only when whitespace precedes them. Tests verify that Learn C# remains unchanged and that Learn C# ### becomes Learn C#.
A narrow title-parsing edge case can remove a literal hash from page labels; fix the separator before merging.

Minor · Functional Correctness · Quick win
Restrict closing-hash detection to spaces and tabs.
The \s+#+ branch also treats Unicode whitespace, such as \u00A0, as a valid separator. A title such as # C#\u00A0# can therefore lose its final #, although the stated CommonMark rule permits only a space or tab. Use [ \t]+#+ and add a regression test for this boundary.
