Set the structured forwarded field instead of writing the notice into the body. The bridgev2 Matrix connector still adds the same "↷ Forwarded" fallback at send time, so existing clients see no change, while clients that understand the field get the original caption.

Forwarded messages currently get
↷ Forwardedwritten into the body/HTML by the connector. Clients see that as a caption, so forwarded photos render as captioned images and forwarded albums don't group into a gallery.This sets
