GigMate is a Flutter-based Smart Delivery Workforce Management System built with Firebase. It provides separate modules for delivery workers and administrators to manage orders, worker activity, delivery progress, earnings, wellness, and emergency alerts in realtime.

GigMate is designed to simplify delivery workforce operations through a connected digital platform.
The application includes two main modules:
- Worker Module: Workers can log in, view assigned orders, update delivery status, manage breaks, track earnings, view health status, and send SOS alerts.

Make sure you have the following installed:
- Flutter SDK
- Dart SDK
- Android Studio or VS Code
- Firebase CLI
- Git
Check Flutter setup:
flutter doctor
- Clone the Repository
git clone https://github.com/iamkrishsendhav/GigMate.git
cd GigMate
- Install Dependencies
flutter pub get
- Configure Firebase
This project requires Firebase configuration.
Required setup:
- Enable Firebase Authentication
- Enable Cloud Firestore
- Add Firebase configuration files
Required files:
lib/firebase_options.dart
android/app/google-services.json
If Firebase is not configured, run:
flutterfire configure

flutter run -d chrome
For admin login, the user must exist in Firebase Authentication and must have a Firestore document in the users collection with the admin role.
