Atomic ACP 0.0.2 ignored the run-scoped MCP servers supplied by Chopin: ordinary replies worked, but investigations and builds could not read their authorized work. Document the 0.0.3 minimum and upgrade instructions, and replace the plain-reply smoke check with an authenticated read_implementation call using the real ACP agent. The check follows HTTP capability negotiation and falls back to a disposable stdio proxy.

The runtime fix is the upstream Atomic ACP upgrade; this PR adds documentation and regression coverage only.

Validation: the new check failed against 0.0.2 and passed against installed 0.0.3 with Atomic + Opus 5.5. Repository checks, types, and focused connector tests pass.

Rebased head 3df22ad06 contains the identical reviewed PR patch on top of the merged Chat and title fixes. Fresh bun run ci and bun run types pass. Six ACP/bridge checks pass, with the opt-in live-agent check skipped on this verification run. Local process startup checks used a command-only 30-second timeout after the five-second defaults timed out under heavy machine load; assertions and source are unchanged.

All 24 GitHub checks pass on that head with the original test timeouts (CI run, first run attempt). The downloaded browser summary verifies 22 design, 17 diagram, and 862 integration first-attempt passes, two integration retry passes, eleven skips, and no failures.

Chopin passes run-scoped MCP tools through Atomic ACP 0.0.3, and the smoke test requires a real tool call
