fix: 将收件人移到发件人下方

调整内容

• 邮件摘要按 发件人／日期 → 收件人 → 主题 → 正文预览 排列，将地址信息集中展示。
• 发件人与收件人间隔 4px，主题与预览保留 8px 间距；普通邮箱列表仍不显示收件人。
• 清理重复更新日志，仅保留最初的界面优化说明。

验证

• 前端 99 项单元测试和生产构建通过。
• E2E 补充桌面、手机及中英文的信息顺序、间距和防溢出检查，执行结果见 Checks。
