What changed in this PR
This PR consolidates dependency updates for the Robovac Home Assistant integration and its development tooling, while leaving Python 3.15 to the separate compatibility effort in #622.
Changes:
- Updates Home Assistant to 2026.10.4, Node.js to 26.13.0 LTS, and Python to 3.14.10.
- Includes runtime requirements in development installs and refreshes testing, linting, build tools, and GitHub Actions.
- Uses Probatio for config-flow type checking while retaining the runtime Voluptuous import for older Home Assistant versions.

Updates Home Assistant to 2026.10.4, Node.js to 26.13.0 LTS, Python to 3.14.10, and the development tools, pre-commit hooks and GitHub Actions to their latest compatible releases.
Development installs now include the runtime requirements, keeping Home Assistant aligned with its test package. Config-flow type checking follows Home Assistant's Probatio schema types while retaining the runtime Voluptuous import for older Home Assistant versions.
Supersedes dependency PRs #625, #626, #627, #628, #629, #630, #634, #637 and #638.
Python 3.15 remains tracked separately in #622: uv cannot currently install 3.15.2 on this development platform, and the NumPy version required by the Home Assistant test package has no Python 3.15 wheels. pytest and pytest-asyncio use the versions required by that test package.
