Bumps package.json and package-lock.json from 0.2.1 to 0.2.2. This is a patch release with one link checker fix. After this merges, v0.2.2 will be tagged on the merge commit and published with the notes below.

Patch release on top of v0.2.1 that fixes a false-positive class in the external link report.

Fixed

• Internet Archive rate limiting is no longer reported as broken links. The first CI run of the new link checker after the dead-link repair reported 21 broken links. All 21 were web.archive.org snapshots that the Archive refused to serve while it was busy; the same snapshots load fine when fetched one at a time.
  • A refused connection from a host that answered other requests in the same run now counts as rate limiting. The checker slows that host down, counts the refusal toward the per-host breaker, and reports the link as blocked.
  • A refusal from a redirect target on another host still counts as broken, and so does a host that never answers.
  • A real run against the 68 archive links in the content reports 0 broken.
  • ([P2][R-014] Link checker reports Internet Archive rate limiting as broken links #719, Treat refused connections from answering hosts as rate limiting #720)
