Synchronize your LibreLink Up glucose data with Nightscout automatically.
This add-on allows you to automatically sync glucose readings from LibreLink Up to your Nightscout instance. It's designed to work with FreeStyle Libre sensors and provides:
- Automatic synchronization every few minutes
- Support for trend arrows
- Duplicate entry prevention
- Easy configuration through the Home Assistant UI

Click the Home Assistant My button below to add the repository to your Home Assistant instance.

Install the "LibreLink Up to Nightscout Sync" add-on.

Configure the add-on (see configuration below).
