Lead the README with the CI badge and a short description of PDFCube, followed by the showcase video and links to transition documentation, diagnostic examples, and the Beamer showcase. Add a prominent link to the released showcase PDF and move implementation details into Requirements.
Validation: local Markdown links, requested section order, unchanged video publication block, and whitespace checks pass.
All 231 tests pass. The separate timing report records three 500 ms SLO misses (504–553 ms).
