For #18

Point the description's documentation at the extension's page instead of the Professional Wiki home page, and document the plain text login code email like the plain text invitation email: what it repeats, and that its blank lines and the indentation before the code stay.

Reviewing en.json before translatewiki.net imports it found nothing to change: every message is used and documented, and the three unprefixed group-reader messages clash with no message in core or in Wikimedia's extensions. The extension's name stays untranslated, as it is not a message.
