This repository has branched from UAParser.js, so its changes are proposed here. The 51Degrees contributing guide, which GitHub showed in the absence of one here, sends a fork's contributions to the project it was forked from, which does not apply. CONTRIBUTING.md now says contributions come here, and links the 51Degrees guide for how to propose one.

Problem
The repository has no contributing guide. The 51Degrees contributing guide, the organisation's default, says that for a fork of another project, contributions go to the project it was forked from. This repository has branched from UAParser.js and takes its own changes, so that does not apply here.
