Adds FadeHost to the app hosting page with the template: one free 256 MB app or bot per account running around the clock, deployed from GitHub, with the limitations named (the free web address sleeps when idle, limited capacity, no precompiled binaries on the free tier). Table of contents updated in the page and the README. I run FadeHost; happy to adjust the entry.
