Adds SolidPing to the Monitoring page, with the README and page TOC entries. Placed alphabetically between Sematext SPM and Uptime Robot.
SolidPing is uptime and synthetic monitoring. The hosted free tier is not a trial: 100 monitors, 10 check executions per minute, 5 team members, no credit card. The figures come from the pricing page. The code is open source (AGPL-3.0) and can be self-hosted.
Both links return 200.
