[Docs] Update Hierarchical Queue page for NamespaceQueue #589

Open

Description

@JesseStutler

/kind documentation
/help

The Latest docs now include NamespaceQueue, with the user guide added in #580. The Hierarchical Queue page should also be updated to cover hierarchical NamespaceQueues.

Update both the English and Simplified Chinese pages to:

  • Explain how NamespaceQueues fit into the queue hierarchy alongside cluster-scoped Queues.
  • Add an example showing NamespaceQueues and their parent queues.
  • Link to the NamespaceQueue user guide for setup and usage details.

This is for the Latest docs only; older versioned docs should stay unchanged.

Follow-up to #580 (comment).
