Subject: [PATCH] Read launchOptions from injection in RCTLinkingManager
 (#59259)

Summary:

Synthesize the injected launchOptions property and read getInitialURL state from it instead of self.bridge. Drops the last bridge read in this module along with its direct bridge header import.
