Hello! Sadly, it does not exist in mumax+ (yet). There are plans to improve stray fields and demag fields in general, which could include caching the kernel, but this is not a priority right now. |

Hello, dear colleagues!
In mumax3, it was possible to cache kernel to *.ovf files.
This was especially useful for structures with large dimensions where the calculation of the demagnetization field takes a long time.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find this option in the mumax+ API.
Does this feature already exist in the new package, or are there plans to add it?
It would be incredibly helpful for routine micromagnetic simulations of elongated thin-film GMI structures.
Thank you!
