Work Item Templates

Summary

Work Item Templates can be used to define the format that Epics/Features/Stories should be written in across a Team project. When running a large complex product with a single backlog we have agents.md in multiple repositories. We do not want to repeat the format that Work Items should be written in, but rather tell the agent that it must write Work Items in the predefined format - so this is kept out and not repeated for every repository. It is also not the concern of the code "how" the work items are written.

Our request is that the mcp server can retrieve (GET) the work item template so that we do not have to have multiple logon to get this information. This allows Work Items to be written in a predefined consistent manner

Develop the following tools with full parameter support, including optional ones:

wit_work_item_template: Get the Work Item Template.

2. Ensure each tool exposes all API parameters (required and optional).
