I am now running into this too. It looks like it's trying to pass in visual studio arguments to gcc, and it fails. That might need to be brought up with the JPype project. |

Description:
When attempting to run
pyghidraRunusing MSYS2's Python,pyghidra_launcher.pyfails due to path layout and executable lookup assumptions:pyghidra_launcher.pydefaults topython3inpython_cmds.python3under<venv>\Scripts.JPype11.5.2.Steps 2 and 3 always fail because MSYS2's Python placing binaries under
<venv>/bin/instead of<venv>\Scripts\.Furthermore, because
python3is prioritized inpython_cmds, attempting to switch or point to another Python installation does not work—it continually falls back to usingpython3.Also i think
JPype11.5.2 may also lack support for Python 3.14 (always fail to build and doesn't have prebuild wheel). All reactions
