Just to share with you I tested successfully --usr-http-url feature in version 0.14.7

It's perfect. I can provision users just by modifying the database of a web service.
usr-http-url feature had to return the user details in a Json array, because internally the solution reuses the parsing of the users.json file. Perhaps this deserves to be documented ?
